Do I need a website already?
No. Most hosts only have a listing page. If you have a template site that isn't working for you, we replace it.
Will it double-book me?
Your Airbnb and Vrbo calendars feed the site, so dates booked anywhere are blocked on your own site. Platform calendars can lag by minutes to hours, which is why booking requests come to you for a one-tap yes before anything is confirmed.
Who owns the domain and the money?
You do. The domain is registered in your name. Guest payments go to your own Stripe account, never through ours. We only bill you for the website.
Is it allowed? Airbnb has rules about this.
Having your own booking site is normal. The platforms restrict moving a guest off-platform from inside their messaging, so your site is for past guests, repeat visitors, referrals and people who find you directly. Check each platform's current rules for your situation.
